The room is part of a cozy two-room apartment designed to comfortably host two tenants. The apartment features a shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a pleasant balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air. Air conditioning is also available, ensuring a comfortable living environment throughout the year.
The apartment is located in a typical Milanese building in the heart of Isola, one of the city’s most fashionable and dynamic neighborhoods. The area is famous for its lively atmosphere, filled with trendy bars, restaurants, cafés, and small boutiques. Just a few minutes away, you will also find iconic landmarks such as Bosco Verticale and the modern Porta Nuova district.
The property is only a short 3-minute walk from the M5 Isola metro station, which provides quick and easy connections to the rest of Milan. The M5 line connects directly to major hubs such as Garibaldi FS and San Siro, making it ideal for students and young professionals moving around the city.
A 30% utilities fee and a 15% commission will be applied to the monthly rent, both payable every month.
Note: the base contract has a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
